Zaradri asks workers to remain alert on poll day

Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari Wednesday stressed upon the ticket holders and workers of the party to remain alert on the election day to foil rigging plan.Addressing a meeting of PPP ticket holders and party workers at Bilawal House, Model Town here, he said that “February 18 will be the day of PPP’s victory.”

He said that the party workers will not spare PPP candidates if they changed their loyalties after winning the elections.

He asked the ticket holders to finalise names of their polling agents and take measures to foil the rigging plan without taking law into hand.

“Parties supported by establishment can not survive for long,” he added.

He said that Punjabis were soldiers of Benazir Bhutto and PPP with the support of valiant people of Punjab will fight for the security of the country.
